I knew the mother's side of the family pretty well. Lucy (Eloise) is/was a really nice female...very drivey, very stable and social with people, she'd climb right into your lap. She was a nice Schh dog and I think was more on the sporty side.
Ghandi I didn't see quite as much, but he looked like a nice dog. Very powerful but at the same time calm and collected. He was on the smaller side (I'd say 65-70 lbs). I don't have any firsthand experience about the top of the pedigree though, sorry. |

I have a Kassler Kreuz dog. The Kassler Kreuz Breeder (Dieter Glock) mainly produces dogs that go into the German Police Service. Very nice, drivey, solid dogs. Very easy to train and firecrackers.
I can also see Adelegg which goes back to Urs aus der Hopfenstrasse and Xando vom Arminius. Your dog also has Uran vom Wildsteigerland, Nick von der Wienerau all the way in the back. Uwe vom Kirschental. I'd be surprised if your dog wouldn't have quite some prey/hunt drive in him. Last edited by Mrs.K; 01-28-2012 at 10:15 PM. |

I know Javir personally and have seen several of his kids. Did a breeding to him last year (they just turned 8 months). Javir himself is a large, very confident sure dog. He as tremendous presence. His nerves are impeccable. He was social in an aloof sort of way until he decided I was now a welcome guest in his house (yes, he is a house dog). Actually in the house you would think he is just someone's pet. Once he steps out of the house he is all work. Very dominant dog, but also quite biddable to his person. His trainer can do anything with him. This is a dog you need to meet in person to really see the dog. Videos do not do him justice. High hunt and tracking drive (they expect this of their dogs).
The kids I saw in training have very high drives and excellent aggression/social/active aggression. They are not crazy nutty dogs in a normal setting, but turn on very easily once they hit the field. Excellent nerves. Good structure, solid built dogs, tight muscled and ligaments. Javir tends to stamp a look on his pups (except for mine who I have been told look like my lines). He also brings very good pigment. I have also seen Javir's sister Jilnannah in competition and have seen what she produces. This is a very good line of dogs with very good female resources. Zwack I have only seen in videos. He is linebred on Urs Hopfenstraße who brought exceptional nerves and was actually used in the Fidelco breeding program. I'll let Chris Wild tell you about Ernst since she has seen him in person. There is some show behind Zwack that I, personally, do not care for. Going back behind the mother, I used to train with a daughter of Anja Kassler Kreuz (Nando's dam). Very civil bitch with definite social aggression. High drive, very athletic. Quite a nice bitch. I am not a huge fan of Troll haus Milinda. Mostly the dogs are just too ugly for me. Sorry for any Troll fans. Maybe a hair bit too sporty for my tastes too. I have trained with a few and the lines are popular with many people. There are some very good dogs behind her maternal granddam, that I am rather familiar with like Torro Körbelbach. Something to watch is all of the Bojar de Lupis Fidis behind your pup. He can bring missing teeth as thus can the linebreeding on the T litter Körbelbach. Overall a pretty nice pedigree.

Would it be out of the ordinary for a dog of this line to resource guard from the children in the house?
