Default Critique this breeding please...

Hello, been a long time since I was on the forum. I am looking at breeding my female, Echo vom Wildhaus in the next week or so. Below is the mating matchup from Pedigree Database that is currently planned. Please let me know what you think... good, bad, ugly... I've got thick skin, but I love compliments too! LOL

Mating test - German Shepherd Dog - Echo vom Wildhaus / Figo vom Fuchgraben

Do you have some info to the contrary? If so, please let me know... prior to doing the breeding preferably

I was really hoping to have some more feedback on this by now! Our second progesterone test is this afternoon, results back tomorrow. Breeding most likely on Wednesday.

don't have a committee decide , but do tell why it is your selection- if you go ahead sooner or later you will have to tell the prospective pup buyer why you did this combination

The sire is a good, strong dog on the sport side, and a very good social side as well. That is important to me because my dog is my pet first, competition partner second. The Sire has good presence and power, and a clear head. I want to bring to my female the presence and power, but maintain her thinking side as well. From what I know of the Sire's pedigree, there should be good balance, and a little higher thresholds than my female has, which would be good. The Sire has pretty decent structure, though is a bit on the smaller side for a male. For me it isn't so much of a problem as I prefer a medium sized dog over a really big male. The hip score is decent as well, not awesome, but not bad either. Overall, I think it will be a nice, balanced pairing, and hopefully there will be a pup in there somewhere that will be suitable for competition. If not, I might be able to try one more breeding with my female with a little more radical male.

But I admit I'm new at this and I don't know my way around pedigrees very well, hence the reason I asked for input.
