Default Questions on Tessa's bloodlines..

I've been reading along in different threads since we brought Tess home in August..I've never studied bloodlines and pedigrees..I brought in our packet with all of the information on Tessa..I was wondering what all of this meant..(it doesn't matter to me in the big picture of life, Tessa is one of us, and we are having great fun watching and training her as she grows)
I can't find my info on her dam or sire but I have the papers showing her dams sire(Granite Vom Der Brashears)dam(Winni vom Schaferliesel) and her sire's grandsire(Keylis Purple Rain)..I have other papers that are all in German...I apologize if I didn't list this information correctly..

Here is the pedigree of her dam:
Winni vom Schäferliesel - German Shepherd Dog
Looks like West German Working lines to me, hope others can correct me or confirm my thoughts.

Keylis is all American showlines. So looks like her pedigree goes back to German working lines and American showlines.

I think Winni is a breath taking female. I have a daughter of her brother Duke Schaferliesel, Winni's background is old east German (DDR) lineage .
The sire is specialty American show lines - as opposed to an all-breed type , so structure less on the balanced, a little more extreme (used to handle them).

This is a bit of an odd mix , very different in type -- . The DDR brings in Bac Weissen Holz who was a pretty tough and Lord Gleisdreieck , also , then mixing this with american show --
I hope truly that you have a wonderful wonderful dog , the dog of your dreams. A problem may only present itself if you chose to breed her , because where would you go ?

Agree there. East German Lines. Not West German.

As I understand, Tessa's dam was out of Winni and Granite Vom Der Brashears ( DNA #V392575 Granite Vom Der Brashears - German Shepherd Dog ). Winni was not bred to Keylis Purple Rain.

Keylis Purple Rain is Tessa's sire grandsire?

Thank you for taking time to look at this...we do think we have a wonderful pet. She is confident, very aware of her surroundings, and easy to get along with, and a bit of a clown. We had her spayed last month, so breeding is definitely not in her future..
