Help reading pedigree

Hi everyone. I am not familiar with reading GSD pedigrees and was wondering if you could help me. I'm just trying to find out how you you describe this dogs ped. in terms of lines and how they would combine/what you would expect from the dog. Links to any information that I could read would be helpful. I am having trouble finding info doing a google search.
