Default Looking to better understand my pup.

Hello everyone,

I know the very basics of reading a pedigree, and I am 110% interested in learning everything I can about Hunter's bloodlines. I am hoping some pedigree-smart members here are able to help me learn something new.

S-Hunter vom Geistwasser
Pedigree

I am familiar with Cayos, Hilde, Ufo and Justin. I just learned about Mink today, who is on there twice (5th or 6th gen, I believe). I am unfamiliar with the others dogs.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I am here to learn.

Well known German working dogs in this pedigree=Harro ad Lechrainstadt, Afra StoppenbergerLand, Fado Karthago, Half Busecker-Schloss, Greif zum Lahntal, Link Muikensho

Tiekerhook is a well known Dutch/German working bloodlines kennel.
Karthago, Korbelbach, bosen Nachbarschaft,Stoffelblick are also well known for working dogs.
Extend the pedigrees of some of your dogs ancestors such as
Gimmi von der Abfuhr
5 gen. pedigree for Gimmi von der Abfuhr - German Shepherd Dog

and you will find some DDR dogs as well as old German lines
