Adult sheperd lost 2 teeth, should I be concerned??

Hey there just wanted to see if I can get some feedback on dogs dental care. I do admit I do not brush her teeth I used to but its a bit hard haha. She is 8 years old and has a good diet I would say, we give her bones and such which should clean her teeth a bit but I guess not good enough. Has anyone had issues of losing teeth?
Thanks

If your dog has tartar and things are bad enough she is loosing teeth, she needs to see a vet for a cleaning. All that nasty gunk can enter the bloodstream and shorten your dog's life.

I have had dogs loose a couple of teeth over the years due to accident. I don't normally brush but inspect, offer enough chew things to clean the teeth and occasionally have them cleaned.

Thanks for that. I will def bring her to a vet and monitor her teeth frequently and find more chew toys which will help the build up
