Default blow out out problem? Please help!

Hello everyone! My 11 month dog had always been a heavy shedder bit lately is been really increased. I wake up and immediately have to sweep and with all I sweep I can make a small dog! I was brushing her fur lasy night and in her chest there's not much fur at all, I can see her skin. She had a food allergy not long ago that I am treating but her skin overall is not bad, just in the back legs it's dandruff-y. Can this be a blow out? Please advise!

Blowing coat should not leave your dog looking naked. If you can see her skin, I'd take her to the vet.
