Default Small cuts on his nose

Zero has on his now 2 small cuts or cracks rather that are always there from pushing his nose on the door. He's always licking his nose so thy never heal, what can I do?

I seems to me that it could also be dryness. I would try to put some coconut oil or Vetericyn since it wouldn't hurt if he licks either one, just before taking him out for a walk or play tug with him - just long enough so he forgets to lick it. Since it is caused by him pushing on the door - is there any way to either put a soft covering on that area on the door where he pushes so is nose is protected - or put bells on the door so he pushes the bells and then someone opens the door.

I could try to make something soft on the door, he sniffs through the crack and presses really hard, and I think your right on the dryness thing, it looks like a cut ons chapped lip that just can't heal. Ill try coconut oil and then playing and see if that will help overtime
