Does your GSD absolutely love being vacuumed?
 

My old partner, that we lost several years ago, would get manic once the vacuum was started and would follow us around barking and dancing until he got his "once over". It made the GSD hair syndrome so much easier to deal with. An attachment, that I still have, with silicone dimples on the face, turned out to be a much loved grooming tool. We will be introducing our new puppy (this spring) to the Hoover Massage !!

My golden loves to be vacuumed. I haven't tried it with the GSD, but I am going to. She doesn't bark at the vacuum, she follows me around and we vacuum together.

Kaiser thinks the vacuum is evil and needs to be destroyed.

Gunther doesn't want to destroy it but he's definitely afraid of it... He was so scared and ran away that I have even tried clicker training him to the sound... still scared :rolleyes:

and touch him with the vacuum he'll lay there or stand there
and let us vacuum him.
