Default Flirt Pole

First of all, i am not sure if this is a right section for this thread.

I would like to know your opinion(s) on flirt pole? Is it safe to their joints?

I just made one for Max, and he loves it and he can chase that thing all day if I let him. I was just curious the way he chase it, i mean he literally goes crazy. by the way, i have chuck it ball on the end of flirt pole. I am just worried about his hips and joints.

So, is this a safe form of excercise everyday for may be 20 minutes a day?

It can be safe, it depends on how you work it. I tend to keep mine low or on the ground for the most part. Jumping Imo, is where the Risk of injury is most likely. Zoey loves jumping for it and ill let her jump if she is lined up and it's safe to do so.

The flirt pole is a wonderful exercise and is completely safe. From what I have seen, it is extremely rare for a dog to get hurt using a flirt pole.
