I would talk with a vet on that one. I would also ask about running a full tick panel as soon as it is reasonable. Those chemicals can be very hard on a dog. Is that your puppy in the avatar? Looks older than 6 weeks. That is a very young puppy to put a lot of chemicals on. They sell a tick twister at Petco that has good reviews for pulling them off one at a time. Then you could bag them if testing is needed.

You are in India, I see. Sprays can be dangerous for a puppy and those ticks need to come off NOW. I see it has been several days. The longer they are on your puppy the more they can transmit diseases! Many ticks can also paralyze a dog.Tick Twister is not a spray bot a device to help remove ticks.
HOW MANY TICKS? How old is the puppy Can you remove them by hand? If not tick tool you can slowly rotate the ticks body and they will slowly back out - that is how tick twister works or if you have good eyesight get some tweezers and slowly (very slowly) pull on the head of the tick without yanking to encourage it to back out.
