Last week I bought the Metro Air Force Steel Commander 2 speed dog dryer for WD. That was money well spent. It was a "breeze" training him to accept it. I was able to fully dry him the third session. The noise is reasonable and it took 10 minutes to dry him after a muddy, wet walk here in the NW. When I blow against the grain on his dry back, clouds of dust blow out. His coat looks shinier and is softer. Can recommend it, especially for the water loving dogs. By the way: be careful not to blow directly on the genitals; that made him jump, poor guy. Sorry WD! Thank the Lord for a stable dog.

The ONLY regret I have is that I did not buy mine years ago!

Thank you
I was waiting for a recommendation. This goes on my "wish list"Huxley was groomed early this week and yet today I took him outside with my Evolution undercoat rake and it was as if I were in a hairzzard- hairnado-hairacolpyse. I think blowing him out is going to become a 2x a week event! |

I now use a clean 6hp craftsman shop vac in "reverse blow mode" w/ 11 ft hose extension (easy on her ears w/noise level) & wide crevice attachment...
I use to have a 2 hp dog groomer dryer but it still took forever to get the undercoat dry. Now, I can have gypsy blown dry out in 20 mins.. She likes it.. and stands out in the driveway while I wheel around her on my little short stool with wheels.. ![]() Neighbors laugh and think i am ...

Which one did you get?? I was thinking about getting the 4hp... we have a Lhasa apso, ****zu, goldendoodle and Yoschi, my gsd... I need one that will work for the thick curly goldendoodle hair as well as Yoschi's undercoat
