1 yr vac's...when?

Ok, I feel like an idiot because I can't for the life of me remember. It's been so long since I've had a dog from puppy hood to 1 yr old (all pups were either foster pups or I've adopted adult dogs).

Dante (mal) is 1 yr, 1 month old. He has to get yearly vacs along with Micah due to training facility requirements. Just before all the Dr. Dodd rec's come up...

I can't remember if you do the "1 yr boosters" when they are actually a year old, or a year after the last set of puppy shots was given? I am thinking it's one year AFTER the last set of vac's, but can someone please confirm that for me?
