Default Platinum Performance and fish

I recently started feeding raw so I still have a lot to learn. My vet recommended I start adding Platinum Performance CJ to my 11yr old Siberian Husky food for his very bad arthritis. He also suggested that it would be helpful for my 14 mth old female shepherd because of the glucosamine and chondroitin. The base for Platinum Performance is ground flax seed, and yes I have to say my dogs coats and overall appearance look amazing even on kibble. Now that I am on raw I still add the PP to their food. If I want to feed my dogs a single, whole sardine (or other small fish) each night as a treat before bedtime (instead of the biscuit I give them at night when they go to bed) will this be too much Omega 3, Omega 6 and protien?
