RAW feeding and Bloat

Ops, I posted this as a reply and not a new thread. Sorry about that. Here is the new thread:

Hi All

Me again.

Bloat is unfortunately common in large dogs like German Shepherds. My last dog died of it at the age of 4 years.

Does anybody know if there is a study that dogs who are fed RAW have less chance of bloating than dogs that get fed kibbles?

Regards,
Simone +DakotaB

The Purdue study (which I know I saved, but can't find now) showed that feeding at least some raw foods can decrease the chances for bloat. I have never read a study that mentions anything that will totally eliminate the chance.
