What to add when feeding raw smelt

I can get raw smelt and was wondering how much to feed in one meal and if I need to skip on MBs, OM etc. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I used to feed 4 or 5 in addition to a regular meal. Kind of like a condiment.

Smelt is a very fatty fish so I would be careful using it for a whole meal. I'd start with maybe 25% of a meal is smelt and see how the dog does.

I would consider the Smelt to be a RMB, even though the bones are not very bone-y.
