Meat Distributors in Santa Cruz Area

Does anyone know of any meat distributors who sell stuff like pork hearts, turkey necks, etc. in the santa cruz or santa clara county areas? Driving out to Sacramento is a bit of a trek for us. I'd rather find a place more local so I can buy in 1 month increments rather than every 3 months.

I have never looked for stuff like this, but have you tried the local markets like New Leaf or Shoppers Corner? I know New Leaf sells dog bones at their Capitola location.

We often go to Monterey County and I remember reading about a raw distributor down there. You may have better luck in Monterey area.

Forgot about Corralitos Market - with all those sausages they make you'd think they'd have pig parts.

We're overwintering in the Bay area so I can actually help out on this one... maybe!

I've heard The Raw Connection in Carmel is good, but I don't know what they carry, where they source their meats, or their pricing. It's a retail shop that carries pre-made raw and kibble as well, so it might be more expensive than a grocery or butcher's shop. Still-- closer than Sac by far and you can take your pups to that lovely white sand beach!

SF has a raw co-op (SF Raw Feeders) but their price list looks extraordinarily expensive. Plus there is a yearly membership fee. I think they do pick-ups in the south bay but when I looked into them it didn't seem like a cost-effective way at all to feed.

There have to be some Mexican markets in Watsonville-- I have no clue where to begin looking, but if you could find one it might be pretty cheap.

Either way, I'll be interested to hear if anyone else knows of a good supplier for this area.
