Default 2 weeks into raw diet/ Should I add more?

So my dogs have been on raw for 2 weeks and so far so good. Noticed they poop less and is not as smelly as before. They were eating orijen before the switch and the transition was EASY no soft poop at all. Don't know if them eating raw ribs for treats since they were puppies helped.

Anyways, in 2 weeks my dogs have ate Rabbit, Pork, Beef, Beef Heart, Chicken, Sardines, Tripe, Lamb, Pork neck bones, and beef ribs. I buy them already prepackaged and the meat comes from local farm up in Northern California. Grass fed animals and such.

My question is why do people include eggs, pumpkin, yogurt, coconut oil..etc. Also, would you guys recommend me adding it to my dogs diet.
