Staple raw: lamb and goat

I would like to switch the pups to raw. One of my cats (Mister who is diabetic) is doing spectacular on it.

Anyway...

We have access to cheap/free lamb and goat meat. What can be their everyday staple based on this type of meat? I know in the freezer right now we have hearts and livers but we can get whatever we want and I don't know what to ask for.

Is goat and lamb a good base? Which parts?

Should be able to use almost all of it. I use this as my guide (from a member here).

What is a Raw Diet?

lucky you !
make sure the dog gets enough bone to consume, not just the gnawing on them type.
rib cage ends are good for this.
let them have the tripe .
mine get complete sheeps heads -- often nothing left , maybe a bit of the back of the jaw -- teeth come out in the poop.
