raw and dogs weight

So my two male gsds will have been on prey model raw for two weeks on friday. I have always struggled keeping Cajun at a decent weight, he has always been thin. He is also a sable so you notice the ribbyness on him easily. My other male is easy to maintain at a good weight and is 15lbs heavier than Cajun. They have always eaten the same amount of kibble and I have been feeding them the same amount of raw. I would be happy with Cajun weighing 75lbs and Eli weighs 90lbs. They each get 2lbs of food per day which is a little more than 2.5% of Cajun bodyweight daily. They get 1lb of meat, .8lbs of rmb and .2lbs organ to make the 2lbs, then I add a little tripe or egg or whatever so it ends up just over 2lbs per dog.
Elis weight has not changed, but I feel Cajun looks thinner. A little backround on this dog - he was starved for 3 years of his life and weighed 38lbs when I got him. He has always struggled with weight, bad digestion and bad teeth. Studies have shown that people who grow up malnourished have the same problems so I've never concerned myself with it.
My question is, since he is not overly active, should I maintain what he is eating and see how it goes over the next few weeks or should I feed him more? I don't feel he should need to eat more, but I also don't want people to think I am starving him. And with kibble, if I fed him more than what he always ate he would get the runs. And due to his past living experience when he gets the runs he has it in the house and runs through it a million times, smearing it everywhere. I try to avoid this as much as possible, understantably lol. Any insight would be great, thanks!

The percentages are just an estimated starting point. Depending on your individual dog, if the dog needs to gain then feed a little more and vice versa. Since you said you have only been doing this for 2 weeks, you might give it another week or two and then increase his food. He may just need more food until his body can catch up with all the nutrients he needs. Good luck and switching to raw was the best thing I ever did for my dogs.
