Tripe questions

1. Is tripe considered MM or organ?
2. Is grass fed beef tripe favored (nutritionally) over grain fed beef tripe?

I would not feed grain fed tripe. I consider it ground meat, not organ. When I buy it, I get the tripe with the trachea and gullet ground in.
