The danger of combining is that dry kibble supposedly stays in the digestive tract longer than raw food, so if the dog eats both together the raw food takes more time to pass, and any bacteria that it's carrying has a longer time to incubate in the nice warm intestinal environment, potentially leading to problems.
That being said. I sometimes give my dog a good RMB late in the afternoon, way after the kibble has passed, and then I don't feed again for several hours. So maybe you could find an opportunity for a treat here and there Just be careful of where you get the meat and how it was handled.

We did a half kibble, half raw diet with our dogs for a few years before moving to an all raw diet. We never fed the two together for the reasons already mentioned. They would get one meal of kibble, and one of raw, never mixed in the same meal.
