Just wondering what the nutritional value is in this. I can get it EXTREMELY cheap and would like to feed it once in awhile. Everything is human grade.
I feed pork heart and ribs on a regular basis (Stark is allergic to chicken so pork, beef and lamb are his base proteins).

I don't see that it would be bad to feed every few meals
Wolfram|Alpha: Nutrition Facts: pork spleen: saturated fat, ... especially if you have to avoid chicken. But it is fatty and has sodium as most pork does. |

My main sources of protein for Stark are beef and lamb ($$$$$$!!!) but I do like to use pork quite a bit. I also use rabbit but I have to watch how much he gets because he gets liquid poops if he eats too much. He won't touch fish anymore (tried it every which way!) so I am having to supplement for that now too.
Thanks for the link.
