Does anyone feed beef testicle? Is it messy, and do you cut it up or feed it whole? I purchased some this weekend and they are rather large! They are also very squishy and I'm wondering if some liquid might come out?
Would it count as a just muscle meat, or is it considered to be richer (like heart)? Thanks! |

No, have never fed them. I know there are people who eat them. You may have to experiment, cut into them and feed some small amounts to see how the dogs do.

I've never seen them for sale - Safeway is pretty conservative LOL. Some restaurants here in Colorado serve them breaded, as Rocky Mountain Oysters......
Not on my shopping list I'm afraid (and I do feed raw....) But you can cut them up (as suggested) and just feed the way you would feed any raw food. (Though I wouldn't consider them to be a full meal - you might want to just add them to something else. I would consider them to be muscle meat.) _________________________________________________ Susan Anja SchH3 GSD Conor GSD Blue BH WH T1 GSD - waiting at the Bridge
