Default How much are you guys spending?

Ok first I have a noob question...I know this is gonna sound stupid but in the menu sticky where you guys list out what your giving them. You're really giving them all that stuff listed RAW...it's not boiled or cooked or anything right?

Furthermore, I did a search for the average cost but all the threads were fairly outdated. I have a 75 lb 1.5 year old GSD. She currently eats kibble and then we usually throw something in to spice it up (cottage cheese, pumpkin, bones leftover from supper, canned wet food etc.). We're feeding her 4 health but it's been hard to get lately...TSC is always out so I wanted to explore this option. How much are you guys spending though monthly?

My dog is approx. 83lbs and eats anywhere between 2 and 2.5lbs a day. Depending on what I'm buying (aka what I can get a good deal on), I can spend between $60 and $80 a month. I was buying Orijen, so this isn't really any more than I was already spending on kibble.

But let me tell you, no amount of money can describe the benefits that my dog has experienced from switching to raw. It's amazing, truly.

Look here for a spreadsheet someone created:

Do not give your dogs leftover bones from dinner! Cooked bones are dangerous! Only raw bones should be given.

I just spent $117 on dog food yesterday.

My 2.5 year old male eats 4 cups of Wellness Core a day.

My almost 6 month old female eats 4 cups of Wellness Super5Mix for LBP a day.

Both bags last about 4-5 weeks.

My guys eat about 1.8lbs a day and I spent about $45 a month to feed each one raw I get turkey for 50 cents a pound or less and beef/pork/lamb for $1 a pound

They were eating Orijen and Tillman my 10 month old still wasn't putting on weight. Haven't had any weight or stool problems on the Raw
