After my girl has taken all the meat off her lamb femur I have left it with her too chew on it. After a few weeks I noticed what I believe is marrow inside I assume she oul like me to dig it out for her but are the bones too old for that now? Would it be bad?

I throw out old bones when I get tired of tripping over them. Sometimes that's just a few days - sometimes it's a month or more.
Watch out with the marrow - it's VERY rich! Too much can cause loose stools.

i don't give my dog lamb bones because
i think they're to soft and they might crack. i give my dog beef femur bones. some people say beef femur bones are to hard. i normally give my dog the bone and whatever marrow he gets out that's what he gets. sometimes i'll scrape the marrow out but when i do that i only give him a little bit mixed in his food. i made the mistake oneday and i had the bone split so he could get to the marrow. after the runs i never split the bone again.
