New Feed

Hi guys my new puppy about 14 weeks old now needs to go on the raw food or something... but i dont know how much i should be feeding him or what i should be giving him... at the moment i give him a couple of chicken necks each time at about 8am 12pm 4pm and 7 pm and 1/2 cup kibble morning and 1 cup night is this enough? he seams to always be looking for food
