Question for all.
Why type of Vit C do you use? Pills or Powder? How much for normal activity? How much for strenuous actvity? How often? Thank you

I use a total of about 2700mg powdered C/day (divided across two meals). I was using Ester C (for Rafi: a very active dog with joint problems) and then switched to regular C but it didn't work as well so I switched back to Ester C. I buy it from Vitacost.

We use powdered for us (humans). Great impact - no problem with getting sick, allergies are non-existent and this is a really bad area for that. Just mix with juice in AM... Good energy boost.
Is there powdered ester C?
