Default Raw Recipe Help

This recipe was given to me by a breeder, but my dog has alot of skin issues and I don't know if this would work. Help me tweek it/change it/etc.

Recipe

In a large mixing bowl combine the following:
3.5 lbs beef (80/20)
8 oz calf liver
5 cups (dry) quick oats
1/3 cup of wheat germ
2 cups of wheat bran
500ml of water or adjust to the consistency you prefer

In food processor:
50 ml molasses
25 ml Safflower oil
25 ml Flax oil (cold pressed)
25 ml cod liver oil
75 ml apple cider vinegar
4 cloves of garlic
3 cups of carrots
3 small eggs or 2 large (cooked 5 minutes) shell and all

Blend/grind until all ingredients are in small pieces, combine back with the meat/grain mixture. This combined mixture makes approximately 8 lbs. Feed approximately 3% of your dogs body weight for an adult dog per day.

Looks like a Satin Balls recipe.

If your dog has skin issues I would start by removing all the CARBS from his diet. That means no corn, rice, oats, potatoes, wheat, etc.

That really leaves you with just two choices - feed raw or home cooked.

I would recommend raw since it's SO much easier than cooked!
