So, Ozzy was born at the PERFECT time.
The agility club I'm going to go with requires that all puppies are at least 16 weeks old. Ozzy turns 16 weeks on September 16th and classes start the 21st. Haha. Awesomeness. I think I lucked out, too. Being under 18, I only have to pay $45 for the 16 week classes instead of $90, and the membership for me is $6 instead of $12. Too bad I turn 18 next year! D: Anyway, on with the reason I made this thread, LOL: What should I start working on specifically before we go to class? Anything in particular I should teach him?

Focus!
I would also start using a ball on string or a tug as a reward inconjunction with food.

I will definitely teach him 'watch me.' I taught it to Aiden, so that should be easy. Didn't think about that one.
I use toys and praise more than food for training lately. I'll start using his fleece tug as his 'training toy.' Thank you!

During our last set of classes, we moved away from the clicker and food as rewards and started using the tug more, which was nice because we use that in SchH too during obedience. Stark seems to work better for his tug (he only gets a certain one for rewards) than anything else.
Focus... this can't be taught enough... throughout the dogs life! Stark is 17 months and just starting to "get it". I have been making sure that before doing ANYTHING he must "ask for it" by giving me focus first.

Keep socializing and training with tons of tiny training treats doing anything with you.
I also agree with taking tons of time to get you and your pup used to using a tug toy, no matter what else is going on around you. For smaller pups you need to spend alot of time on the ground and it can be exhausting, but worth it.
