Exclamation Bad behavior

To start with, i own a GSD aged 4 years. But now for 1 year he is very aggressive toward me.After eating when i went to take his plate he barks at me tries ti bite me.He also shows this behavior when iam dressed up to go to somewhere.Last week when i was dressed up and came near him he bit me on my hand and due to the sudden shock i didnt scold or shout at him. So,should i sell him because my friends told me that if a dog bites his own master then you should better sell it.

Yes, I agree with MrsFergione. I suggest you consult a trainer first. Also you may want to search threads on the Nothing in Life is Free training. The Humane Society recommends it here on their website: Dog Training: Nothing in Life is Free : The Humane Society of the United States

The dog didn't bite his master.

Where are you located? That'll determine a lot in terms of what your resources are for trainers/behaviorists.

You'll never SELL a dog with a bite history. Rehoming is, in most cases, really irresponsible.
