whos at the door

when where all home jasmine seems to know that and when someone comes to the door she goes nuts , now when we go out and come home i know shes looking out at us but seems to knw who we are....i think it's pretty smart.

How do you deal when she gets crazy at the door? I am currently having this issue in my new apartment, strangers beware

you know sasha....i some times let her go so she can express her self plus i want who evers near to hear and say ok theres a dog in there, most of the time i praise her on that.

It started with the door, then it was every person that passed by. Eventually, it became annoying.
I started correcting my dog as soon as she started going bonkers.
When she starts barking, I take her by her collar, move her to where I want her to be, and put her into a down, until she calms down. If I answer the door, she must stay. If it's a passerby, I wait until she calms down, give her a treat, and move on.
I like it this way.
