Hey folks,
We are adding a new "Supporting Vendors" and the non-commercial trading forum will be moved there too. Simply put: Supporting Vendors are for vendors who pay to sell their items in our community. They get their own forum, they get to post their deals, specials.. whatever they want. It's a paid membership and they have to contact us to get on board. This is for people who have a business or do something on the side and wants to sell something in bulk (as long as it's not puppies). For instance, maybe you make something at home for GSDs (blankets, clothing, personalized collars, artwork). If you have questions, let me know. Thanks Yung |

Curious as to how much "vetting" these paying vendors are going to get done. Any at all or is this really more of the buyer beware - if the vendor pays they get to go up and the devil with the details of whether they are really reputable or not (as opposed to just being legal) with their product or service.

Samuel,
Good question. Our sales team does a pretty good investigation to ensure that any vendor we bring on board here will provide a product or service to the community that is in alignment with the culture and beliefs of this community. That being said, you guys will ultimately decide for a vendor if they should remain as a vendor here. It's a two way street is what I'm trying to say.

I have a business and have a few questions. If I'm not happy with the traffic generated from paying $50 a month can I cancel at any time?

So anyone who posts in the vendor area, AS a vendor must pay a monthly fee?
Since KohleePiper has a big red "VENDOR" under their name, does that mean that ALL vendors should have that? Just curious.

That is my understanding. Though there are old posts in that section from people that used to be vendors, but no longer are - thus the reason they do not have the red vendor sign under their name.

There's some new ones who don't have the red vendor icon, so I was just curious how it worked.
I was curious if anybody could just sell something without being a verified vendor.
