Which is better for joints, free play or structured walks?
I was talking with a friend and we didn't really know the answer.
So what is best for a growing dog, free play in a yard or park or walks. Free play may be with or without another dog, but isn't fetch or any other structured exercise. Just walking/trotting/sprinting as dogs do.
Walks would be mostly in the neighborhood on concrete.
Obviously both happen, but which is better for growing joints in larger amounts?
