Warden turns 1 year old today! He is 28" tall and 85lbs.
For those who don't know his story, he was an owner surrender that we found on Craigslist. He was loved, but untrained, unsocialized, and wasn't getting enough exercise in his apartment home. He's had so many "firsts" with us, and here are some highlights of his journey with us so far:
- Graduated the advanced practical obedience training at our training club (in record time!)
- Learned to play with other dogs, which he loves to do
- Discovered his love of water and swimming
- Made lots of new friends, and went to lots of new places!
He still has things to work on, but he's made great progress and turned into an amazing dog. He's my constant companion and I love him dearly.
I'll be having him evaluated by an IPO trainer this summer, and plan on beginning that or another sport this year to further his training
