The video says he was 2.5 at the time. I think would be better to see him at a trot and a run. To me they just are not natural at a walking pace.
What I saw with my dysplatic female was she could run but it was not as flat out as my other dogs whose legs appeared to go almost completely flat behind them......The proverbial bunny hop but it was very subtle.
