I started in October (going twice a week) with about a month off this winter. I started it because they offered it at work. I don't like regular gyms and I like having other people around me that will push me and encourage me to go as hard as I can. Plus it can be a friendly competition among everyone. We all keep score of how we do and post it on the board. I also run a lot and am training for a marathon. I don't know that I would do crossfit if it wasn't free for me. Going to an actual crossfit gym can be pricey and I spend my money on IPO
