Health Issues? Behavior?

Warning-may be long....
I have an almost 3 yr old male gsd. We have been having some issues with him the last 12-14 months.

He starting peeing in the house first-right in front of us. Took him to vet, said he had crystals in urine, put him on meds, and special food. Then about 2-3 months later, same thing. Put him on more meds. Since that time, he has lost weight, he had yellow very soft almost runny poop, vomiting periodically -where his food would not be digested 12 hours after eating. He had months of urine tests, blood tests, xrays, body checks. I also know he had EPI test done in August 2013. Still no luck. Still not gaining weight-sometimes still peeing in house.

Around Sept, we started seeing a holistic vet. Who had us change him to Fromm kibble. put him on enzymes, probiotics, and clay. Seemed to be ok until beginning of Jan 2014. He then got really sick. Black tar diarrhea and projectile vomiting. Took him to ER, they gave him antibiotics, and said he needed to be on rice/ground meat diet. So we did that for about 2 weeks-he lost a great amount of weight-and then slowly starting putting him on Stella and Chewy's frozen raw. He is currently on 4 frozen patty's a day-enzymes, and probiotics. He has gained all the weight that he lost-but is still only 77lbs-when for his height and lenght, he should be at least 85-90lbs. This last 7 days, he only gained 1lb, when the week before he gained 6lbs. He is starting to frequently pee more in the house, but today, he was just laying on my bed, got up, and there was a puddle. Sometimes when he pees by the back door, he does not lift his leg.

On another note-since he has started the Stella and Chewy's-he has also started to get very aggressive- door charging and scary. Not letting people in the back of our house, actually put his mouth around my friends sons arm while walking in my dining room. When he is on my bed, if he is rubbed or touched-he will growl. Doesn't matter who it is..

I am at a lost as to what is going on. Medically we are so frustrated. Our vet bills in 2013 totaled more that $6000.00-and I feel we have not found out what is wrong-however the 4 different vets we have seen, are pretty much out of ideas. He looks soooooo disgustinly thin. Can't seem to put weight on, and now this aggressive behavior.

We are supposed to start with a behaviorist in less than 2 weeks- but they are worried if its a health issue, it needs to be addressed first. But, if the vets-mind you 4 different vet clinics-can't diagnose something-then could it all be behavior?? Anyone's advice will be so welcome.. Thank you Kim
