Default Has anyone had any problems with anesthesia when X-raying hips?

So, we are scheduled for tomorrow to have Hans's hips and elbows X-rayed.

My husband was adamant that he doesn't think that the dog should be put under for this.

I think it is important to look, and to know, and besides, it was in the puppy contract. I was to have the X-rays done and send the results to the breeder.

The vet I chose does all the K9s in the area and is very familiar with the breed.

Is there anything that would deter you from going ahead with this?

What was your experience when having your GSD's hips X-rayed? What can I expect?

Thank you for any replies. I would love to have some things to show my husband.

And here is a recent pic, because I haven't posted one on a while.
