I am trying to use the time out approach, but when she is being bad I can't cTch her, and often when I do, the biting occurs
Attach a leash to her. When she acts up, pick up the leash and walk her to the kennel. No interaction from you at all. Just put her in the crate.
She is being a brat. She is a puppy. She will push and cajole and act out. I feel your pain. I really do. Most of us have been there.
