I think your yorkie is a bit stressed out by the new addition so make sure you have crates and baby gates set up so your yorkie has safe places to go to avoid the puppy.
Absolutely. I don't expect my animals to get along 24/7 but I do expect a certain amount of respect towards each other.
If I hear a growl then that's MY cue to step in and fix the situation before it escalates. It doesn't matter who is causing the trouble, they're dealt with and peace is restored
Puppies have an annoying habit of bugging, they have to learn manners so make sure the pup isn't hounding the yorkie and bugging. Keep the puppy with you and provide all the attention and play it needs, that way it's not going after the yorkie looking for fun
