If I were you I would stick with one pup. By the time your baby is born, he will be better trained but still a handful.There just aren't enough hours in the day and night to give all three pups/babies what they need. And have you thought about this: who will take care of the two pups when your birth or pregnancy doesn't go as you had hoped or planned? They are in a crucial stage in their lives by then and need good solid training and exercise to grow up well.
Think this really through before you are in over your head.
