LOL! That's okay, I like to hear everyone else's experiences with different vets.
The vet clinic I go to is owned by an older vet, and his son who is in his 30's. I love both of them, but have been going to the younger one for about 3 years now. He humors me about separating rabies from the other vaccinations, and unlike every other vet I have ever had, actually has heard of the dog foods I've fed over the years.
This new woman vet instantly rubbed me the wrong way. When I got to the shop today and told my best friend what had happened, she reminded me of her experience with her. The woman vet told her that if she didn't feed kibble to her cat, that his jaw would atrophy. My friend's cat is raw fed. Of course she was pushing whatever cat kibble they have there. I have never had the other vets act so condescending. I wanted to scream at her "Italian Greyhounds are very sensitive to anesthesia to begin with, and this dog is 14 with a heart murmur. Are you out of your mind????".
