Hi, everyone. It's good to be back. I've forgotten how reading here is so encouraging.
Anyway, I have two dogs - Teddy, my gsd, and Suki, my shih tzu. Lately, I'll put Teddy outside, and she waits at the door for Suki before she runs out to eliminate. She'll do this first thing in the morning, when she is dancing around because she has to go so badly!
But...she wants Suki out with her. They're not really best friends, although they can be friendly, and will lie at the foot of the bed next to one another. I'd like to know if this is controlling behavior? Once both are outside, they pretty much ignore one another.
Of course, the kids and I think it's hilarious, but I need to know how to handle this.
