OK, first don't have the window down so far that his whole head sticks out, only his nose. You can try just a verbal NO when you hear him huff or start to bark, if he doesn't listen then close the window (which is much easier when less of him is hanging out) - game over.
If he likes the window so much it should dissuade him as he'll realize barking gets the window closed and no more fun.
