Teach him OFF.
When he jumps up on you, Say Eh! OFF! IF he puts his paws on the floor, awesome, say Good OFF, Good boy. If he doesn't turn quickly so the paws hit the grownd, iimediately praise, Good OFF.
Have him Hupp on a small step or something, give him a treat. Then tell him OFF! Use the leash if necessary to get him OFF the step. Good OFF, treat.
Once he understands what OFF means, when he puts his paws up there, you can say OFF.
For now, you might want to crate him at night for his own safety, and your sanity.
