Okay, so I have seen this new development or behavior in maxx the last few weeks. He will be 5 months old on the 5th and he's a blast! But recently the weather has not been very friendly in Idaho so he might only get 1 walk a day and there have been some days where we can't walk at all due to storms and such... Anyway! I have 3 children, 7, 4, and 17 months and with my 4 year old son he likes to nip at a lot... We're working on that though, but when I see him start to nip or hear my son yelling and i step in to either redirect him or lightly bop him on the nose and tell him no bite or whatever then maxx goes into this frenzy! He runs around my house super fast and when i try to stop him or step in his way then he will try and nip at me... I am pretty sure that he's playing but when I have my baby on the ground and he's doing this he seems to knock her down so I pick her up. But I cannot seem to manage him when he's like this. It's so strange... He like goes rabid on me for scolding him for biting. I seriously need some advice on this one
the only time he does this like i said is when he's done something and he just goes out of control, biting, whining, throwing himself everywhere where I can't put my hands on him. And when i do then he bites
And on kinda the same topic.. I cannot stop him right now on play nipping my kids. He just goes up and their watching tv or something and he'll just trot up there and take a nip..
And just to give you a run down or our normal day as far exercise. First wake up, eat, flirt pole, walk, (sometimes another round of flirt pole depending on how long the walk was able to that morning) then training time. ( 2 times a day at 30 minutes each ) then we have sleep time for about 3 hours. Lol then throughout the day if he shows signs of boredom or just wants to play then we play fetch. Then evening, feed, flirt pole. 30 minute walk. Play tug, and then bed. It's a lot to do with 3 babies at home but somehow i manage just fine
