Start with house training, and most start by not allowing her to do the things that you don't want her to do right from the git go.
As for the biting. Say IPE! and remove your fingers from where she can get them. Try again. Offer a fist rather than fingers. Fists are harder to get a small jaw around. GENTLE with my fingers, and when she is gentle with the fist, open it and give her a treat, GOOD GENTLE.
She is mixed so you can be pretty sure that she will be somewhere between the size of an Aussie and a GSD. She can get as large as the one or as small as the other. No way to tell for sure. There is the old, look at the paws thing.
The first heat can be anywhere from about 6 months onward to a year or so. Usually 8-10 months. Where did you get your pup, are you under a contract to spay her by a certain date?
