If it were just the diarrhea, I'd wait for a few more bowel movements, assuming it was probably just something he ate. But the combination of having the accident and the blood would be enough for me to want someone else to give an opinion. If they say to come in, if you haven't cleaned up the poop yet, you could take it with you so they could run a fecal check. Could be nothing, but better safe than sorry.
I did already, didn't think to take a pic of it either.
I don't have a vet. After the last time I decided not to go back to them, it was diff things building up over time and I just don't like or trust them anymore, they're salespeople, not vets.
So i'd be looking for a new one now, I guess I can call a vet that's never seen him and ask the question.
