That's really up to you. You typically get out what you put in.
He's still a baby now and needs a lot of training. There's a lot more to training than just "sit", "down", or knowing basic commands. It's also about training the behaviors you want and training out the ones you don't want. This takes a lot of time and patience and does not happen overnight.
